Standard Specifications:

• 3" dia. x " wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing machined for minimum stock removal and bored for 0.125" retained wall thickness
• 32 Ra finish on roll face
• Dynamically balanced at 1500 FPM
• O.D. and bore run out within 0.003"
• Straightness over face width within the greater of 0.002" or 0.0005"/ft. of length
• Low-friction bearings installed for a 0.5" dia. steel stub-shaft*
• Stub shafts included

The UL Specifying Graph
Use the Specifying Graph on these pages to determine if your specifications fall within safe or acceptable parameters. The green band is the "go" or safe zone. The yellow band indicates "caution" — note the changes in deflection. You might want to explore other roll diameters or operating speeds. If your specifications fall in the red zone, call us.
