Tell us when you want your rolls. We'll work day and night to meet your deadline. If you specify our Pacesetter™ or WEB-EXpress service, you've got us over a barrel. Then we'll do absolutely anything to avoid guaranteed late penalties. (We'll even put our CEO to work driving a truck.) |

| Taxes |

This is still one of the guarantees in life and business. Though taxes are not included in any quoted pricing, you can be sure that, if they apply, they'll be on the final invoice. |

| Inspection and Acceptance |
|
Sure, it's always a good idea to look over a new purchase. We understand this might not happen within five minutes of receiving your roll shipment. So if you call back with any concerns during the next few days, we'll be happy to resolve any issues. However, if you wait until the paperwork turns yellow, it may take a small committee to pull your original order from the archives. |

| Warranty |
|
Some suppliers state they have a "Buyer Satisfaction" policy — where, "if you buy it, they're satisfied." With Webex, we guarantee the precision specifications of all our rolls. If we don't meet your specifications, call us. We'll fix it. If you have it in writing, just say so. It's that simple. |

| Disclaimer on Warranties |

What's with all the "disclaimers" today?! Do we look like a bunch of attorneys? We expect you to be honest with us. We'll be honest with you. You got a problem with that? Call us. We'll gladly send you our warranty details. They're the best in the industry — with or without any disclaimers. |

| Payment |
|
If you order it, we expect you to pay for it. Paying within 30 days would be greatly appreciated — and will still drive our accountant nuts by limiting his use of late fees. (His late fees make loan shark rates pale in comparison.) |

| Cancellations |
|
We all know this won't happen if you plan ahead. But if you really need to cancel, you'll only have to pay for any labor and material already used. We can then generate a special invoice that will be less likely to raise a conflict with your supervisor or accountant (billing categories entitled "Best Boss Gift" or "Appreciation Gift for Company CFO" are frequent favorites). |

| Shipping |
|
Tell us where and how you want your rolls shipped. Once they are on the truck, we bless the vehicle and the driver at no extra cost. |

| Returns |
|
As you will be crystal clear when submitting your specifications, and we will be excruciatingly exact in producing your specified rolls, there should never be a "return" issue. However, if for some inexplicable reason it does come up, please don't surprise us by shipping your rolls back unannounced. Call us. If your specs were wrong (hey — it could happen), you'll probably pay through the nose. If we did something wrong, we'll pull out all the stops to make it right. |
