has Quality System Re-certified
2001 is the eighth year that Webex has earned ISO 9001 certification.
Quality has always been the foundation of the Webex philosophy.
To meet or exceed customer expectations is our Quality Policy and
to verify this we applied for and received ISO 9001 certification
in June of 1994. Since then, we have continued to be re-certified
by our independent auditing firm, QSR. The ISO certification process
is an ever-changing dynamic format that requires checks and balances,
documentation, and continuous review and improvements of our quality
systems. Because the industry is always changing, we feel that ISO
certification is an integral component in our pursuit of customer
satisfaction.
