To continually check and verify our adherence to the quality policies and procedures, we are audited annually by an outside representative for our ISO 9001 Certification. This review verifies that we are operating in compliance with the internationally recognized quality standards. The process sets Webex apart from other machine shops that simply "make rolls". Webex engineers and manufactures precision rolls utilizing a consistent, quality verified process. That is another reason why you receive the same high quality product time after time from Webex.
Webex has been identified as a high quality partner by many of its customers. Included in its awards is being named a Qualified Supplier by 3M Company. This is the highest level that a supplier can receive from 3M, and demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement to our customers.

Resources

The resources at Webex are unsurpassed in the converting industry. With our staff of ten degreed engineers, we have the ability to solve even the most complex technical application issues. In addition, we have a team of technical sales representatives and customer support personnel to assist you with your web handling problems as they arise.

To support our sales efforts, Webex has a complete manufacturing facility. Our almost 70,000 square foot facility is equipped with over 50 machine tools operating three shifts per day. Recent investments in new, state of the art equipment enable us to meet some of the closest tolerances in the industry. And, with our 20-ton overhead crane capacity and 48" by 300" machine tools, Webex can handle even your largest rolls.

Engineered Products

No other roll supplier gives you the technical support and analysis that Webex does. With our staff of 10 engineers, Webex can provide you with a complete analysis of your roll needs. We will review your request for deflection roll sizing configurations, and critical speed analysis.
With our proprietary software, we will also provide you with a complete review of your heat transfer system, including roll specification and heating/cooling unit sizing. We'll provide you with a complete quote for the system if you want.
We also design and size vacuum rolls and blower systems for the most demanding applications. Our engineering talent and technical knowledge in this area is the best in the industry.
But, it doesn't stop there. Our customer support team specialists have significant experience in the industry. They are excellent resources for applications knowledge, since we've discussed most problem experiences with web handling. And, our field sales team is technically oriented to give you assistance when a web handling issue arises.
All of these engineering and technical sales resources are supported by a manufacturing facility that is the best in the industry. With our 60,000 sq ft facility, skilled journeyman machinists with over 700 years of experience meeting the exacting tolerances required, and recent investments in state of the art machine tools, Webex is positioned to meet your roll needs.
