Quality Assurance

Webex’s dedication to quality product and support services is evidenced in a number of quality initiatives, including ISO 9001:2000 Certification.

ISO certification requires a significant investment of time and money — an excellent benchmark of any supplier’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Webex first achieved ISO certification in 1994, and has been re-certified every six months ever since.

Webex has also pioneered quality assurance programs aimed at customer satisfaction. Our Precision Roll Guarantee assures customers that rolls will perform as specified. Our Cool Guarantee assures the performance of both heating and cooling rolls, engineered to control heat transfer to within one degree Fahrenheit.

In addition, our Quality Policy is framed on our office walls for all to see. It states "... meeting our customers' specifications and exceeding their expectations is inherent in everything we do ...” To meet this goal, each and every employee at Webex commits to this policy from the day they join our organization.
